Hope for Eternity is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization designed to further God’s kingdom through evangelistic and charitable ministries centered around planting Bible-based churches in Ethiopia, Africa.
Hope for Eternity’s founder (Patty Hall) went to Ethiopia in September 2009, with her daughter and son-in-law who were adopting two Ethiopian children. While there, she met and worked with officials of the Addis Kidan Church and saw tremendous needs. Upon her return, she sought God’s guidance concerning how she should become involved.
Now, Hope for Eternity has joined with the Addis Kidan Church to fund the creation of churches, as well as to provide other support to meet everyday needs of individuals and the community. All of our pastors are native Ethiopians who are fluent in the languages, customs, and cultures of Ethiopia and who are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to their fellow Ethiopians.
The Board of Hope for Eternity is made up of committed volunteers who seek to ensure that Ethiopians have an opportunity to hear the Gospel. With no paid staff, we are able to use the vast majority of donations to fulfill the mission of our ministry.
